BY ACCESSING, BROWSING, REGISTERING FOR, OR USING THIS SERVICE IN ANY MANNER, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND ALL APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY CEASE ALL USE OF THE SERVICE.
The GhScratch.com platform is owned and managed by Diamond Card Limited and operated under exclusive license by LaPalm Casino, a duly licensed gaming operator holding License Number GCRO20A7314H issued by the Gaming Commission of Ghana. The Service was developed by Sky Margins Limited, a Ghanaian software company specializing in digital gaming solutions.
GhScratch.com is a community-based online gaming platform offering digital scratch card games where players compete against other players in a peer-to-peer environment. Unlike traditional gaming where players compete against the house, our platform facilitates player-versus-player competition with no operator advantage or house edge.
We reserve the absolute right to modify, amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms.
IMPORTANT: These Terms contain provisions that limit our liability to you and require you to resolve disputes with us through binding arbitration on an individual basis, not as a class action. Please review Section 18 (Dispute Resolution) carefully.

ZERO TOLERANCE FOR UNDERAGE GAMING: Any person under 18 years who attempts to register, forge their age, or otherwise access the Service will be immediately and permanently banned without any recourse, refund, or opportunity for appeal. Subject to Section 14 (Dispute Resolution), you agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Republic of Ghana located in Accra, and you hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND WE EACH WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL IN ANY PROCEEDING ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Before initiating any formal dispute resolution proceeding, you agree to first contact us at disputes@ghscratch.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will work with you in good faith to resolve the dispute within 30 days.
If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and we agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the Ghana Arbitration Centre in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
YOU AND WE AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR OUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, REPRESENTATIVE, OR COLLECTIVE ACTION.
Unless both you and we agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring an action in court to:

These Terms have been prepared in English. If these Terms are translated into any other language, the English version shall prevail in case of any inconsistency or discrepancy.
By using the Service, you consent to receive electronic communications from us. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between you and us.
You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Service or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
